Office amenities include retail space, 24-hour staffed security, a workout facility with basketball court and private locker rooms, a signature restaurant, café, and complimentary downtown shuttle service.
Miranova Corporate Office is part of a larger Pizzuti Development, Miranova Place, which also includes the development of a luxury high-rise condominium tower located at One Miranova Place. Throughout the development process, Pizzuti worked closely with the State of Ohio under its brownfield legislation to clean the site. Public improvements included the vacation of streets, bridge demolition, street and utility installation, and levee enhancements.
