The Pizzuti Companies, a leader in the development, marketing, and management of real estate, has hired Adam Okuley as Vice President and Associate General Counsel.

Okuley joins The Pizzuti Companies with more than nine years of experience in the practice of law. Having served as senior associate attorney in the real estate practice group for Frost Brown Todd LLC for six years, and more recently as assistant counsel for the University of Louisville, his experience spans an array of property types including multi-family, industrial, student housing, and mixed-use/office.

A graduate of Ohio State University, Adam received his Juris Doctorate from the Moritz College of Law and was selected as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for real estate from 2020-2021.

In his role, Adam will support Scott West, Executive Vice President and General Counsel and will help manage and document all real estate transactions including purchases, sales, leases, and loans. He will be based out of the firm’s Columbus, Ohio headquarters located at The Offices at The Joseph.
