The Pizzuti Companies is pleased to announce Colliers International as the newest tenant at Two Miranova in downtown Columbus.

Colliers, a leading provider of real estate services including leasing, sales and tenant representation and real estate management services, has signed a six-year lease to occupy approximately 10,400 square feet on the 9th floor of Pizzuti’s Class A Miranova office building.

Colliers will headquarter their brokerage, marketing and research operations out of Miranova, with their Polaris office continuing to house their real estate management services, valuation and accounting divisions.

Colliers is the listing agent for the 243,527-square-foot Miranova tower.
