The Pizzuti Companies and its partner, USAA Real Estate, have announced new leases at CreekSide Industrial Center.
EFL Expo Freight has increased its presence in the CreekSide XVI building on Global Court, leasing an additional 84,916 square feet. Initially leasing 70,955 square feet in 2017, this expansion more than doubles their square footage, bringing their total occupancy to 155,871 square feet.
“EFL was our first tenant at CreekSide XVI and we are thrilled they are expanding their presence,” said Phil Rasey, Vice President of Development for the Pizzuti Companies.
Additionally, TwinMed, LLC has leased 101,000 square feet at CreekSide XVI and XVIII. With warehouses in nine states throughout the country, TwinMed is one of the largest distributors of full-line medical supplies in the United States.
“We are pleased to welcome TwinMed to CreekSide,” added Rasey. “Thanks to the building’s design and tax incentives, TwinMed chose our location for their Ohio warehouse.
The buildings are located on a 22-acre site, and feature direct access from Alum Creek Drive, 32-foot clear heights, LED lighting and a 15-year, 100 percent tax abatement.
Mike Spencer with Lee & Associates represented EFL Expo Freight in the lease transaction; Joel Yakovac with Colliers International Group, Inc. represented TwinMed in its lease transaction. Pizzuti was represented by Phil Rasey, the company’s Vice President of Development, in both transactions.
Approximately 84,000 square feet of space remains available at CreekSide XVI and XVIII.
