The Pizzuti Companies has announced a new long-term lease at Pizzuti’s latest industrial speculative building in Chicago’s I-55 corridor, Pinnacle XXII.
RJW Transport, a freight transportation services company, has leased the entire 416,504 square foot building. The new lease represents the company’s seventh location in the Chicago area, and is another example of continued growth by the logistics firm. RJW offers an integrated, multimodal approach to logistics services and solutions for an established and expanding list of clients.
“We are pleased to welcome RJW Transport to Pinnacle,” said Michael A. Chivini, Executive Vice President of Development for The Pizzuti Companies. “Pinnacle continues to be an outstanding option for sophisticated large-scale users in search of high-impact solutions to their supply chain needs.”
Situated on a 22-acre site, Pinnacle XXII is a 416,504 square foot, state-of-the-art distribution facility within the 900-acre Pinnacle Business Center in Romeoville, Illinois. The LEED certified building features daylight harvesting skylights, upgraded insulation, car parking, docks and trailer storage, all ideal for today’s contemporary logistics user.
“Pinnacle is conveniently located in close proximity to both O’Hare and Midway airports,” said Chivini. “With immediate access to I-55, the site is minutes from I-355, I-80 and I-294, and provides excellent transportation advantages as well as access to a deep labor pool.”
The master-planned business center includes more than 12 million square feet of warehouse, distribution and light industrial space for maximum flexibility. Combining a park-like campus with appealing architecture and high construction standards, Pinnacle Business Center ranks among the top business parks in Chicago.
