The Pizzuti Companies has announced the first two tenants in Pizzuti’s Multi-Tenant Two building in New Albany’s Innovation Campus.
Aromair Fine Fragrance is expanding its presence in the park, leasing 84,000 square feet in the newly constructed speculative building. Headquartered in New Albany, the company is a leading full-service manufacturer and supplier specializing in the fine fragrance, home and air care categories.
Syosset, New York-based Onyx Packaging Corp. is operating in 36,000 square feet in the Multi-Tenant Two building. Onyx Packing is a full-service custom design and packaging supplier specializing in the cosmetics and personal care industries.

The Multi-Tenant Two building is now 50 percent leased, with just 144,000 square feet of available space remaining. Pizzuti has now developed more than 3 million square feet of facilities in the New Albany Innovation Campus.
