The Pizzuti Companies has begun pre-leasing activities and selected Colliers International as the leasing agent for a new 55,000-Class A office building in Columbus’ Short North District.

The Offices at The Joseph is a six-story office building with street-level retail space planned on the west side of High Street. A 313-space parking structure will be built adjacent to the new office building.

The office building and parking structure are part of Pizzuti’s planned mixed-use development that will include a 135-room boutique hotel on the east side of High Street and a 20,000-square-foot art gallery to house the world-renowned art collection of The Pizzuti Companies Chairman and CEO Ron Pizzuti.

“Our new office building is a limited, one-of-a-kind offering in the Short North and we expect the space to attract tenants very quickly,” said Joel S. Pizzuti and Colliers International have a long-standing, successful business relationship. Colliers is the listing agent for the 243,527-square-foot Miranova office tower that serves as home to Pizzuti’s Columbus headquarters. Later this spring, Colliers’ brokerage, marketing and research operations will re-locate to Miranova’s 9th floor.
