The Pizzuti Companies has initiated work on Broadway Station, a 120-unit multi-family development in Grove City.
Located in downtown Grove City in the historic Town Center, Broadway Station will include a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartment units on a 3.25-acre site west of City Hall.
“Broadway Station will be an outstanding addition to downtown Grove City,” said Joel S. Pizzuti, president of The Pizzuti Companies. “Broadway Station will offer upscale finishes and amenities, on-site parking and a location that is within easy walking distance of the Town Center’s restaurants, shops and the soon-to-be-completed Grove City Branch of the Southwest Public Libraries.”
Featuring stainless steel appliances, granite countertops and in-unit washers and dryers, the three-story brick buildings with elevators, balconies and nine-foot ceilings will serve as the finest rental community in Grove City, Pizzuti added.
The one-bedroom units will offer approximately 750 square feet of space, while the two-bedroom units will range from 1,100 to 1,150 square feet. The development will feature a fitness center, yoga room for group classes, club room with outdoor patio, an outdoor pavilion with a fireplace and grills for entertaining.
“Providing new walkable housing options within our Town Center is an essential component of this phase of our Town Center redevelopment,” said Grove City Mayor Richard L. “Ike” Stage. “We’re confident our partnership with The Pizzuti Companies will stimulate additional Town Center redevelopment.”
Pizzuti’s development team includes architect of record Lusk Architecture; design architect Feher Architecture; and construction manager Miles-McClellan.
Construction completion is expected in the fall of 2016; pre-leasing activities will begin this summer.
