The Pizzuti Companies has broken ground on a speculative building in the SouthPark Industrial Center.
Work is in progress on SouthPark XX, a 223,750-square-foot building located at 3555 Gantz Road in Grove City. The facility is designed for both single- and multi-tenant uses, and is divisible to 30,000 square feet to meet each user’s specific needs.
The new building will be located on a 10.6-acre site with convenient access to Interstates 71 and 270. The facility will offer 30-foot clear heights, 141 parking spaces, LED lighting and a beautiful park-like setting. Located approximately five miles from Columbus’ Central Business District on an ideal last-mile infill site, the building has a 15-year, 100 percent real estate tax abatement.
“We’re pleased to bring new speculative space to Grove City and the SouthPark Industrial Center,” said Joel S. Pizzuti, president and chief operating officer of The Pizzuti Companies. “SouthPark is the site of our company’s first industrial projects and we look forward to adding a new facility to an already outstanding business park.”
“The City of Grove City has been an excellent development partner and we’re proud to play a continuing role in the City’s economic development efforts,” Pizzuti added.
SouthPark Industrial Center is a 350-acre master planned park with amenities that include a 30-acre nature preserve, a 10-acre park, jogging and bike trails and a large reflecting pond. With nearly 4 million square feet of industrial space developed, SouthPark has attracted a wide range of tenants including Nationwide Insurance and Tosoh.
SouthPark XX is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2018. For leasing information contact Jim Miller 614-280-4000.
