ORLANDO, FL –The Pizzuti Companies broke ground Nov. 13 on a 333-unit apartment building in downtown Orlando. 

The new multi-family development, located at 777 N. Orange Ave., will offer a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments. A rooftop pool deck, covered parking and ground-floor retail space are among the project’s many amenities.

“We are extremely pleased to begin work on The Sevens,” said Joel S. Pizzuti, president of The Pizzuti Companies. “The North Quarter is one of downtown Orlando’s most attractive areas, and The Sevens will offer its residents the finest in urban living in a setting unlike any other in the city.”

The Sevens was designed by Charlan Brock & Associates; Brasfield & Gorrie is serving as construction manager.

The project will welcome new residents in the spring of 2016.
