The Pizzuti Companies have announced plans for two new speculative industrial buildings in West Chester, Ohio. Totaling over 350,000 square feet, Mill Creek Logistics Center I and II are being constructed on a 17.5-acre site approximately 20 miles northeast of Cincinnati.
Conveniently located off Union Centre Boulevard, Mill Creek Logistics Center will have direct access to I-75 and I-275. The buildings mark Pizzuti’s second development project in the Greater Cincinnati marketplace since breaking ground on Jacquemin Logistics Center in 2017.
“The Great Cincinnati industrial mark experienced record-breaking growth in 2018 and remains active,” said Jim Miller, Executive Vice President of Development for The Pizzuti Companies. “We are pleased to bring additional speculative space to the Northwest Cincinnati submarket.”
Designed for single and multi-tenant users, the state-of-the-art buildings are 169,522 and 183,508 SF, respectively, and feature 32-foot clear heights, 24 loading docks, 256 car parking spaces, and LED lighting throughout the warehouses.
“For the past 40 plus years, our firm been responsible for the development of more than 36 million square feet of industrial space for clients across the county,” said Joel S. Pizzuti, President and Chief Operating Officer of The Pizzuti Companies. “Industrial projects will continue to play a key role in our development strategy both inside and outside the state of Ohio.”
The project was designed by RED Architecture & Planning and the design-build team is Schumacher Construction Management. First Commonwealth Bank is the project lender, and CBRE is handling leasing. Construction is scheduled to begin immediately. Buildings are scheduled to be delivered in Q2 2020.
