The Pizzuti Companies has announced the purchase of vacant property at 707 West Broad Street in Columbus, Ohio.

“In support of the continued growth of our city, we closed on the property at 707 West Broad Street,” said Joel Pizzuti, President and Chief Operating Office of The Pizzuti Companies.

What is known to many as the former Graham Ford dealership, the property has been vacant since the company closed its doors in 2008. The 6.8-acre complex along State Route 315 is conveniently located off the expressway in the Franklinton neighborhood.

“This is an important acquisition for our firm and we look forward to being a part of Franklinton for years to come,” Pizzuti added.
