The Pizzuti Companies has moved its Orlando regional operations to the Eola Park Centre building.

Tom Harmer, senior vice president, said the new location offers convenience to Pizzuti associates and clients alike.

“Our new downtown office offers easy access and convenient parking,” Harmer said. “We look forward to welcoming our current clients to our new space and inviting new customers to stop by to learn more about Pizzuti and our exciting list of current projects.”

Harmer also noted that the expiration of Pizzuti’s current lease afforded the company an opportunity to consider multiple locations. Pizzuti officials chose the Eola Park space in part because it is one of the city’s most active and attractive downtown areas.

Pizzuti’s current Florida projects include Exploration Park, a high-tech research and office park on the grounds of Kennedy Space Center, a facility expansion project for Bristow Academy at Space Coast Regional Airport, and the Dunedin Gateway, a mixed-use development in downtown Dunedin. Pizzuti is also serving as project manager for Nassau County’s new sheriff’s administration building.
