COLUMBUS, OH – The Pizzuti Companies and USAA Real Estate Company have announced plans for a new 268,000-square-foot industrial building on a 26-acre site in the CreekSide Industrial Center.

Construction will begin this month on the Class A speculative facility, which includes 30-feet clear height, 60-foot dock bays, and ample space for both car and trailer parking.

“Demand for industrial users with a need for 50,000 to 100,000 square feet continues to grow,” said Joel S. Pizzuti, president of The Pizzuti Companies. “We’re confident the time is right to deliver a quality spec building to meet this need.”

The facility, jointly owned by USAA Real Estate and Pizzuti, is being built by Pizzuti Construction Services with completion expected by the end of the year.

“We’re extremely pleased to announce yet another project with USAA Real Estate Company, our CreekSide development partner for the past decade,” Pizzuti said. “Building materials have been ordered, and we’re eager to begin site work in the next several weeks.”

Pizzuti will provide property management and leasing services for the new building.
