PRESCOTT PLACE HOME SALES ON THE RISE

COLUMBUS, OH – Fourteen of the 23 luxury homes developed by The Pizzuti Companies on the grounds of an historic Marble Cliff mansion have now sold, leaving just nine Prescott Place residences available.

Joel S. Pizzuti, President and COO of The Pizzuti Companies, said recent activity includes the sale of the stately “North Mansion” at 1558 Roxbury Road, one of two homes created by the renovation of the one-time residence of Samuel Prescott Bush, grandfather of former President George H.W. Bush.

The North Mansion interior will be finished to an extremely high standard that will maintain the historic integrity of the iconic structure.

“The activity at Prescott Place over the past several months is good news for the central Ohio real estate market,” Pizzuti said. “Prescott Place, with the adaptive re-use of the historic Bush mansion, is unlike any other residential community in the area and local homebuyers have embraced the development.”

“With improvement in the economy, traffic and interest in Prescott Place will continue to grow as consumer confidence increases,” he added.

Pizzuti said the Prescott Place model home is open each Wednesday and Sunday, and activities such as an April artists’ circle event with ProMusica have helped spark interest from potential buyers.
