The Pizzuti Companies was chosen to develop a new, two-story medical office building for Memorial Hospital of Union County (MHUC) in Marysville, Ohio. MHUC relocated its urgent care, physical therapy, imaging services, and its Marysville Orthopedic and Sports Medicine practice to the facility.
Located on a 4-acre site with easy access to State Route 33, the 35,000-square-foot medical building handles 50,000 patient visits per year and was constructed using sustainable principles to promote healing.
