Pizzuti Solutions served as Development Manager on behalf of the Aladdin Shrine, a 4,900-member fraternal organization that serves the community through a variety of programs.
As Development Manager, Pizzuti Solutions created a program of requirements to ensure the new Shrine Center would meet the needs of the organization for years to come. Pizzuti Solutions also provided the full range of development management services, including site selection, assembly of the project team, design review, advice on furniture, fixtures and equipment, construction administration, and move-in.
The new Shrine Center development included the renovation of an existing 12,000-square-foot event center, building additions totaling 15,000 square feet, and development of a 10,000-square-foot garage for vehicle storage.
