Pizzuti Solutions is serving as Owner’s Representative for the new 35,000-square-foot main library and 18,000-square-foot Events Center in Martin Luther King, Jr. Park in Winter Park, Florida.
The new library and events center will replace currently outdated facilities and are being designed by internationally renowned architect Sir David Adjaye.
The library will feature dramatic views onto the park as well as open learning spaces with technology to serve the needs of 21st century communities. The events center will feature open event spaces, meeting rooms, and a rooftop events venue with spectacular views to the adjacent lake in the park. Both facilities will contribute to the economic vitality of the Morse Boulevard corridor in Winter Park.
As Owner’s Representative, Pizzuti Solutions assists with consultant selection, budgeting, development of the Owner’s Program of Requirements, planning, zoning, local government coordination, design review, and construction administration oversight.
