Pizzuti Solutions was selected for the renovation of existing Ed Smith Stadium, the spring-training home to the Cincinnati Reds.
Economic development opportunities for the City of Sarasota related to the new Reds’ facility were evaluated. Pizzuti Solutions also analyzed potential development sites, developed schematic plans for both new construction and renovation of the existing facility, and provided cost estimates and project schedules.
Following defeat of a bond issue to fund the planned Ed Smith Stadium renovation, Pizzuti Solutions assisted the team in identifying spring training facility alternatives in Florida and Arizona.
