Pizzuti Solutions was selected by Franklin County, Ohio to provide comprehensive Owner’s Representative services, including planning and programming, for a new, two-phase, 429,000-square-foot facility Public Safety Center.
The initial phase will provide space for 867 inmate beds. This phase will also include special housing for inmates with mental health or behavior problems, a medical clinic, and a 300-person orientation unit. This facility will also include spaces for education and training as well as state-of-the-art security.
The second phase will include female housing and rehabilitation programming space for all inmates. An additional 426 beds will also be added.
