Pizzuti Solutions is currently providing master planning services to Franklin County for many county facilities. These downtown facilities total over 1.6 million square feet and include a mix of court facilities, administrative offices, and detention facilities.
Since 2007, Pizzuti Solutions has been leading, maintaining, and updating the Franklin County master plan, originally created with our subconsultant SCA. That original plan assessed the existing buildings and recommended the completion of a new Common Pleas – General Division courts building and a new main entrance and underground connector to consolidate security screening checkpoints.
Pizzuti Solutions’ current efforts are centered on the implementation of the next phase of the master plan, which consists of the new Franklin County Public Safety Center and the Franklin County Forensic Science Center.
