Located in the heart of Grove City’s historic Town Center at Park Street and Broadway, Broadway Station was the first new residential development in downtown Grove City in many years.
The 120-unit Pizzuti Development was built on a 3.25-acre site that once housed a lumber yard and offers one- and two-bedroom units ranging from 700 to 1,770 square feet. Units feature 10 uniquely designed floorplans which include open living spaces with hardwood flooring, carpeted bedrooms, spacious walk-in closets, and oversized windows. Patios and balconies are available on select residences. Kitchens include granite countertops with ceramic tile backsplash and a center island for dining and entertaining. Stainless steel, Whirlpool appliances are found in all units, as well as full-sized washers and dryers. Baths feature porcelain floor tile, walk-in showers, and contemporary fixtures and lighting.
The Clubhouse at Broadway Station offers the convenience of a secured key-fob entry fitness center, private Yoga/Barre room, billiards, a bar, and an inviting gathering space. The outdoor area includes a spacious courtyard with a bocce ball court, grills, firepit, pergolas, and a picnic area. Ample on-site surface parking is provided for residents and guests.
The development of Broadway Station was part of a larger partnership between The Pizzuti Companies and The City of Grove City, which also included the development of a new public library in the historic Town Center. Pizzuti’s work included recommendations to help activate the Town Center, including an expansion of City Hall, relocation of key City functions, improvements to public corridors and connections, and development of new public green spaces and active areas.
