Pizzuti is working with the Administration and Council of Grove City to develop a mixed-use project in the community’s historic Town Center that will include multi-family units, retail, and a new public library.
Pizzuti Solutions was retained by the Bayshore Gateway Triangle CRA to act as the Master Developer and to select and manage a multi-disciplinary team to develop a vision and plan for +/- 18 acres owned by the CRA south of Naples, Florida.
Officials in the City of Union and Boone County, Kentucky had adopted a “Union Town Plan” in 2000, which impacted thousands of undeveloped acreage.
Pizzuti Solutions is currently providing master planning services to Franklin County for most county facilities, including the Government Center in downtown Columbus, Ohio.
