Accel, Inc., a leading provider of contract packaging services, selected The Pizzuti Companies to develop a new 417,000-square-foot headquarters and operations center in New Albany, Ohio.
Located in the Personal Care and Beauty Campus within the New Albany Business Park, the building is Pizzuti’s second project with Accel. In 2001, Pizzuti built a 304,000-square-foot facility in Lewis Center, which the company has since outgrown. The New Albany facility is LEED certified, and the design allows Accel greater operational efficiencies and improved productivity.
New Albany Business Park, Ohio’s largest planned corporate campus, features several focused innovation campuses tailored to increase innovation, productivity, and competitiveness. The Personal Care and Beauty Campus is a highly integrated supply chain sub designed to support companies within the personal care and beauty industry that can benefit from complementary capabilities, common supply chain contractors, and creative synergies.
