The Pizzuti Companies was selected by Ontario-based Axium Packaging to develop, and subsequently expand, a 200,000-square-foot bottle manufacturing facility in New Albany, Ohio.
Located in the Personal Care and Beauty Campus within the New Albany Business Park, the facility manufactures plastic containers ranging in size from 0.5 ounces to 40 ounces for the food, personal care, health care, and automotive industries.
The 90,000-square-foot building expansion included additional space to allow for plastic storage, injection modeling equipment, and a mezzanine.
New Albany Business Park, Ohio’s largest planned corporate campus, features several focused innovation campuses tailored to increase innovation, productivity, and competitiveness. The Personal Care and Beauty Campus is a highly integrated supply chain sub designed to support companies within the personal care and beauty industry that can benefit from complementary capabilities, common supply chain contractors, and creative synergies.
