Convergys Corporation selected The Pizzuti Companies to build a multi-phased, build-to-suit project for a corporate relocation in Lake Mary, Florida.
Phase I included 130,000 square feet of office space and a 70,000-square-foot data center. Located adjacent to Phase I, Phase II included a 170,000-square-foot office building.
The data center features raised-access computer flooring, a 10,000-square-foot central utilities plan, a computer room equipped with eight cooling units, four 825 kW emergency generators, dual electric utility sources, and a hurricane resistant roof system.
The facility is part of a 370-acre master-planned development zoned for office, hotel, commercial, and multi-family development.
