Continental Tire Corporation, the world’s leading manufacturer for truck, bus, and commercial specialty tires, selected The Pizzuti Companies to build and leaseback a 766,795-square-foot distribution facility.
Features of the distribution facility include adjacent rail service, 80 docks that can be accessed from both sides of the facility, and parking for over 450 trailers.
Continental’s distribution center is located within Pizzuti’s master planned CreekSide Industrial Center. With over 500 acres and 12 million square feet of distribution, warehouse, and light manufacturing development, CreekSide is one of Columbus’ largest industrial parks.
