The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company selected The Pizzuti Companies to complete and leaseback a 650,000-square-foot distribution center in CreekSide Industrial Park.
The distribution center features rail services that allow direct access for rail cars to be unloaded at the facility, 100 docks that can be accessed from adjacent sides of the facility, and parking for over 100 trailers.
Goodyear’s distribution center is located within Pizzuti’s master planned CreekSide Industrial Center. With over 500 acres and 12 million square feet of distribution, warehouse, and light manufacturing development, CreekSide is one of Columbus’ largest industrial parks.
