Pactiv Corporation, a manufacturer and distributor of food packaging and foodservice products, selected The Pizzuti Companies to develop a 900,000-square-foot build-to-suit distribution facility in the Pinnacle Business Center in suburban Chicago.
The facility was built and designed to allow expansion up to 1.3 million square feet and features a concrete dock area and a heavy-duty drive lane to allow for ample truck maneuverability. Additionally, it includes 152 parking spaces for employees and visitors, 91 dock openings, and two 12-foot by 15-foot drive-through doors.
Pinnacle Business Center is Pizzuti’s master planned business center, and includes both speculative and build-to-suit warehouse, distribution, and light industrial facilities, including two 900,000-square-foot build-to-suit distribution facilities for Pactiv Corporation; a 650,000-square-foot build-to-suit logistics facility for Crate & Barrel; and over 5 million square feet of speculative development.
