West-Ward Pharmaceuticals selected The Pizzuti Companies to develop a new 175,896-square-foot build-to-suit distribution facility at Pizzuti’s CreekSide Industrial Center.
The facility is a validated, temperature-controlled warehouse with LED motion activated lighting throughout.
Completed in approximately four months, the fast-track project allowed West-Ward Pharmaceuticals to effectively and efficiently serve its customers now and well into the future.
West-Ward Pharmaceuticals’ distribution facility is located within Pizzuti’s master planned CreekSide Industrial Center. With over 500 acres and 12 million square feet of distribution, warehouse, and light manufacturing development, CreekSide is one of Columbus’ largest industrial parks.
